Description

Buddha taught that all suffering comes from misperceiving the ultimate nature of reality. What is reality's ultimate nature? The Buddhist answer is shunyata, or emptiness.
But that does not mean nothing exists. Instead it points to the realization that we create problems and suffering for ourselves by projecting onto things in our reality, qualities that they don't actually possess.
In this unit we learn how to cultivate the penetrating wisdom which allows us to being to see the world the way it truly exists, therefore freeing us of from self-created problems and suffering.
This five week module is taught by highly qualified teacher, Jon Landaw (author of Buddhism for Dummies) and is suitable for beginners and long time practitioners alike.
Minimum cost for all classes $50.00, but no one turned away due to lack of funds
