Description
Join The Princess Project for its third annual Taffeta Tea fundraiser! Enjoy an afternoon tea, bid on amazing silent auction items and hear heartwarming stories about the impact the organization has made on California youth over the past 12 years by providing free prom dresses and accessories to high school teens who cannot otherwise afford them. Tickets are $100 individually or $900 for a table of 10; tea sponsorship packages are also available starting at $250.Highlights of the silent auction include:
- Accommodations at local hotels (El Dorado Hotel and Kimpton Hotels)
- Fitness classes at SoulCycle
- Signed sports memorabilia from the San Francisco Giants and the Golden State Warriors
- Cosmetics from theBalm and Benefit
- Tickets to brewery tours, Disneyland and St. George Spirits
Members from the community who have been impacted by or influential to The Princess Project's mission will speak at the event, as well. The Princess Project has been a notable organization in the Bay Area community, and this year was thrilled to have been recognized by 7x7 magazine and PG&E as "San Francisco's Favorite Charity," a distinction given by the community itself through an online voting system.
