The First Annual San Francisco POUR Event’s attendees will be greeted in the Grand Entrance of the historic Merchant Exchange Building, from where they will be whisked away to the elegant Julia Morgan Ballroom on the 16th floor. Tasting glass and guide in hand, over 30 brands will be pouring their best for our 500+ guests.

In addition to the top-of-the-line tasting, there will be live entertainment, light appetizers provided by Credo, a souvenir sampling glass, and more. VIP Attendees will be treated to expedited early admission to the event, as well as the opportunity to sip reserved choices, and a gift bag upon departure.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Barbary Coast Conservancy of the American Cocktail. (see below for more information on the BCCAC)

About The Barbary Coast Conservancy of the American Cocktail:

The Barbary Coast Conservancy of the American Cocktail is a 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation co-founded by San Francisco bartenders and entrepreneurs H. Joseph Ehrmann, Duggan McDonnell and Jeff Hollinger with the purpose of preserving the cultural heritage of saloons and their cocktails in San Francisco, while also preserving California's culinary philosophy and tradition via special public events, publications and educational seminars. They are the Founders and Operators of San Francisco Cocktail Week, which is approaching its 5th Anniversary in 2011 as the World's First Cocktail Week. The Conservancy exists to bring together all interested people, whether in the professional beverage trades or interested in beverages on a personal or casual level, to discuss, debate, create, enjoy, compare and contrast the past, present and future of beverage culture in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Conservancy's home is The Cocktail Bill Boothby Center for the Beverage Arts.
