The East Bay's best ballers compete in an upbeat style of basketball as a DJ spins music. Four teams of spectacular local athletes representing their neighborhood compete in a 3-game tournament for prize money.Our games are located in small local gyms with a genuine, packed, and thrilling atmosphere. We continually introduce new rules and concepts to keep our games fresh and exciting. The Run and Only integrates our diverse local communities and is family friendly.
