This compelling narrative attempts to illustrate the underlying causes of miscommunication which can give rise to disharmony in relationships.Raz and Pollyanna draw upon their personal stories and experiences and those of others which reveal the need for deeper listening in the intrapersonal. The one on one relationships and relationships within families, between communities, races, ethnicities, genders, classes, societies, cultures and nations.
