About Gerard Jones:
Gerard Jones is a San Francisco-based writer of comic books, graphic novels, and nonfiction. As a comic book writer (mostly in the eighties and nineties), among many other titles, he wrote Batman, Green Lantern, El Diablo, and The Trouble With Girls. His nonfiction includes the Eisner award-winning Men of Tomorrow - Geeks, Gangsters and the Birth of the Comic Book; Killing Monsters - Why Children Need Fantasy, Superheroes and Make-Believe Violence; and Honey I'm Home - Sitcoms Selling the American Dream.

He's a member and teacher at the San Francisco Writers Grotto.

Nato Green:
Nato Green was summed up more or less accurately by The East Bay Express as, "erudite and acerbic, a San Francisco-raised father, union organizer, gastronome, bibliophile, and political sparkplug." He performs on Wednesdays at the legendary alternative comedy show at the Dark Room Theatre, The Business. His first comedy album, The Nato Green Party was released in 2012 by Rooftop Comedy. Nato has been named San Francisco's Best Comedian by the SF Weekly, Huffington Post, and CBS.
