The University of San Francisco's 8th annual Human Rights Film Festival, starting February 18th, will be showing an excellent selection of documentaries for FREE in hopes of educating and empowering the San Francisco community . This means three full days of FREE, outstanding, eye-opening, thought provoking films! The documentaries shown will cover a wide range of both national and international human rights issues.
