Description
The Happiness Retreat is a weekend event focused on learning, exploring, discussing and practicing what makes us happy. It is a hybrid "unconference," which means sessions are curated by attendees, but are pre-planned to give some structure. The daytime sessions include topics such as money & success, stress reduction, mindfulness, physical health & wellness, purpose in work (and life), and many more, with the option to engage in activities such as yoga, hiking, cooking, arts & crafts and hot tubbing.The full-weekend pass includes accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights plus six organic vegetarian meals, plus use of he facilities. Day time passes for Saturday and Sunday are also available.
