Presented by Peter Fairfield, "Deep Happy" will help you to find and connect to the sometimes hidden place inside you that is already happy and connected. From that safe and sacred place it is much easier to sense our way through life, feeling at ease, nourished with energy, noticing the surprising and clear guidance that our universe is always offering to each of us every moment. This is the place of Deep Happy.
In this 2-day seminar, we will begin to find and identify this place using specific practices and processes developed and adapted by Peter Fairfield. We will also begin to discover the places within each of us that, with the best of intentions, resist this sacred and biologically imperative union, and through a wonderfully easy process, dissolve and open them.
Peter Fairfield is a spiritual and transformative teacher, healer, author and acupuncturist who brings over 40 years of personal and professional experience experience, practicing and teaching the internal process of personal and spiritual development. He has developed an East /West model of physiology that is based on his direct field research with Tibetan yogis, Taoist adepts, and Qigong masters.
