Description
It's Getting Hot in Here!This night of comedy is being held to benefit a new documentary film now in production entitled Deep Green: Energy. The headliner is film actor/comedian and long time environmentalist Rick Overton, with Bay Area favorite Bob Rubin, local monologist/comedian W. Kamau Bell, science comedian Brian Malow and others joining the fun. The comics will be performing their acts but also creating environmentally-focused stand up material for inclusion in the film. Our cameras will be there to capture the best of the night's green-themed humor.
The film will include comic bits as part of the narrative to help realize the urgency of change needed to save us all from a whole lot of trouble with CO2.
