Flying Serpent Productions in association with The Foundation for the Law of Time invite you to participate in a planetary art project. Please join us in co-creating a new time on Earth that is based in peace and love, where time is art! Connect with people across the planet as we celebrate The Annual Day Out of Time - Free Green Day on July 25, 2012, 12pm-6pm in the Main Concourse Band Shell in Golden Gate Park.This event will be entirely free to the public and will highlight: new time speakers, Elizabeth Whitney - Blue Solar Eagle (more speakers TBA), San Francisco musicians Karma Moffett-Tibetan Bell Experiencewww.karmamoffett.com, Mark Deutsch-Bazantar http://www.bazantar.com, Kin Intergalactic Rock, and dancers, Metropolitan Butoh, with special guests, Berkeley Butoh legends, Koichi & Hiroko Tamano and promote a culturally diverse experience. The goal of the event is to give thanks to the universe, unite people through art and promote peace through culture. We will be uniting with synchronized events worldwide, linking through the practice of the Rainbow Bridge Meditation - http://www.lawoftime.org/timeshipearth/rainbowmeditation.html.
The Foundation for the Law of Time was established in 2000 and serves as a vehicle to disseminate the visionary work of Dr. Jose Argüelles. 2012 marks the 20th annual Day Out of Time and in this auspicious year we will honor the work of Dr. Argüelles for his creation of planetary Art, specifically, The World Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement. The Thirteen Moon Galactic Calendar is used worldwide to assist people in returning to natural time. Dr. Argüelles founded the Day Out of Time with his wife Lloydine Argüelles in 1992. The Argüelles’ aligned with the Roerich Banner of Peace, (Nicholas Roerich, 1847-1947, (www.roerich.org/nr.html?mid=pact) an emblem for the desire of human culture to rise above war. This flag has been flown globally as a sign of peace and culture since the 1930’s.
The Free Day event is also modeled after the historic “Human Be-In” that occurred in January 1967 in Golden Gate Park. The Human Be-In sometimes referred to as a Love-In was specifically designed by artist Michael Bowen to be imitated and to be remembered into the future. Bowen considered the Human Be-In performance art. We pay tribute to Bowen with our 2012 version, a HUMAN-BE-LOVE-IN.
