Join us as we learn about our energy/light centers(chakras), their origin and purpose. Through proper meditative techniques, we will learn how they connect the physical, emotional, and mental bodies to Spirit. Through the practice of meditation, the power of the spoken word (sound), and positive thoughts and actions, we will learn how to strengthen and cleanse our aura and chakras. The class will be taught by Rev. Tara Lang, Head Minister and Spiritual Leader of the Spirit of the Lotus. Rev.
