Description
Two of the world’s eminent acrobatic stiltwalking companies share the stage with stunning visuals, tight choreographies and graceful towering figures. San Francisco's Carpetbag Brigade performs Callings, a poetic response to climate change. Exodo, by Bógota's legendary street theater El Teatro Taller de Colombia, examines migrancy and displacement. In association with the SF International Arts Festival.The Yerba Buena Gardens Festival presents over 90 free events including music, theater, circus, dance, poetry and children’s programs with artists from Africa, Colombia, Japan, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Spain, the Philippines, Sweden, China, Venezuela and the Bay Area. Yerba Buena Gardens is located between Mission Street and Howard Street and 3rd and 4th Streets in downtown San Francisco.
