The B Stars formed in early 2006 with a backpocket of country songs and the desire to brush the dust off of old forgotten hillbilly songs. The current lineup features acoustic rhythm guitar, upright bass, steel and electric guitars, a country shuffle backbeat, and layered vocal harmonies.The music? Well, you all can decide for yourself, you found us after all. We tend to think it's honky tonk, hillbilly swing, country AND western.
We consider it our duty to warm up your favorite juke joint with a good ol' dose of vintage country and hillbilly swing that really gets the joint a-jumpin'. With original tunes that reckon back to the days of 78 and 45 RPM records, we will do our best to keep your toes tappin' and the boot heels clickin'. Support your local honky tonk!
