Description
All of us want to be happy and yet we are hard pressed to admit to ourselves that we have not succeeded. This is not because happiness is impossible to achieve or sustain. The problem is that the way to happiness that we are taught is usually by means of advertising for goods and services, the experience of which can only be felt superficially and fleetingly. A deep and lasting happiness must be sought by training our minds, the place where happiness is actually experienced. This series of lectures and meditations will provide time-tested tools that show us how to cultivate happiness and maintain it.
