Partake in The American Institute of Wine & Food's 30th Anniversary Celebration Savor Wine Country Enthusiast Weekend, taking place January 19 to January 21 in the heart of wine country.

Start off Enthusiast Weekend with a private chef’s tasting 7-course dinner paired with wine at French Laundry and/or choose from attending the celebration dinner and auction at the luxurious Westin Verasa Napa with Margrit Mondavi, prepared by guest chefs including Ken Frank (Michelin starred chef; La Toque, Napa), Joseph Humphrey (Michelin starred chef), Brandon Sharp (Michelin starred chef; Solbar, Calistoga), Gale Gand (AIWF Culinary Ambassador and James Beard award winning pastry chef; Tru, Chicago) and Emily Luchetti (Dean of the International Culinary Center of New York and California and James Beard Award winner; Pastry Chef, Waterbar & Farallon, San Francisco).

Enjoy the rest of the food and wine-centric weekend with additional culinary experiences, exclusive vineyard tours and private tastings at some of Napa Valley’s finest vineyards, and classes inspired by the wine country’s beautiful surroundings and plethora of ingredients.
