Chef Charlie Palmer and Winemaker Clay Mauritson invite you to the Second Annual Project Zin event, Friday, August 17, 2012 at Hotel Healdsburg. This preeminent wine event will gather some of the most sought after Zinfandels paired with the food of Chef Palmer and other local Sonoma County chefs. All proceeds will benefit the Down Syndrome Association, North Bay.During this decadent tasting event, guests will sample 21 of the most highly-acclaimed zinfandel wines and mingle with some of the most elite producers. Tastings are paired with special creations from Chef Palmer, Dry Creek Kitchen Chef de Cuisine Dustin Valette and local Sonoma County restaurants.
During Project Zin’s Silent Auction, guests will also have the chance to obtain rare, once-in-a-lifetime wine & food as well as travel packages sponsored by the industry’s elite! Last year’s Silent Auction raised over $27,000!
