The Foundation for Mental Health invites you to join us for the 17th Annual Shining Stars Rising Above Stigma Benefit. We will honor leading organizations in Santa Clara County whose contributions to the mental health community continue to make a difference in people's lives every day. This year, our special guest speaker is notable journalist, speaker and mental health advocate, Kathy Cronkite. As a consumer of mental health resources, she brings hands-on experience to her critiques of the services available in this country. And, as an advocate, she knows what needs to be done to improve and expand those resources. Always informative, her presentations are enlivened with compassion, humor, and honesty. With a conviction born of experience, Cronkite delivers a message of hope and a call to understanding.More Info
