Open noon - 9:00 PM. In the dining room, they will be serving only a prix fixe three-course menu, $43.00 per person, children under 12 for $19.00, all excluding tax and gratuity. Main course choices include the Chalet traditional Turkey Dinner with dark and white turkey, turkey gravy, buttermilk mashed potatoes, Blue Lake green beans, apple-pancetta and herb stuffing and fresh cranberry sauce; Pan-Roasted Salmon with crushed potatoes with wild arugula, cider sauce, apple-fennel salad and mustard vinaigrette; Grilled Filet with baked russet potato “gratin”, seared maitake mushrooms, long-cooked Romano beans and rich beef jus; Cider-Cured Pork Chop with shaved Brussels sprouts, bacon-pomegranate-pistachio relish and cider jus; or Pumpkin and Three Cheese Raviolis with leek butter sauce with chanterelles and micro celery. Select a la carte appetizers will also be available in the dining room and in the restaurant's bar and lounge area, there will be complimentary mead, sparkling wine and hot chocolate for guests to enjoy while watching football games.
