Open at 8:00 AM; from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM serving breakfast, from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM serving only a prix fixe three-course menu, $43.00 per person, children under 12 for $19.00, all excluding tax and gratuity. Main course choices include the Chalet traditional Turkey Dinner with dark and white turkey, turkey gravy, buttermilk mashed potatoes, Blue Lake green beans, apple-pancetta and herb stuffing and fresh cranberry sauce; Pan-Roasted Salmon with crushed potatoes with wild arugula, cider sauce, apple-fennel salad and mustard vinaigrette; Grilled Filet with baked russet potato “gratin”, seared maitake mushrooms, long-cooked Romano beans and rich beef jus; Cider-Cured Pork Chop with shaved Brussels sprouts, bacon-pomegranate-pistachio relish and cider jus; or Pumpkin and Three Cheese Raviolis with leek butter sauce with chanterelles and micro celery. A limited a la carte bar menu will also be available.
