At Press Club's Wine Library, you'll feel like you're entering a secret society saved for wine lovers only. During the intimate "Taste Wine Like a Pro" class, you will learn how to describe, taste, analyze, and pair wine — just like the experts.Sommelier Mauro Cirilli will lead you on a fun journey through various regions of the wine world, while identifying the grapes behind them, revealing the impact of terroir and winemaking style, and teaching you how to utilize all five senses to appreciate wine.
Decked out with lush couches and modern award-winning architecture, you'll feel comfortable kicking back and tasting pours of exclusive vinos from producers around the world. The focus for October is “Anything Odd", which offers a chance to explore less common wines from lesser known regions, varietals, and styles. Just in time for Halloween, you'll also be treated to a pour of orange wine.
