Oakland Fukuoka, Japan Sister City Association 50th anniversary fund-raiser and silent auction!The Oakland Fukuoka Sister City Association is holding a Japanese Food Festival and silent auction to help raise funds for their 50th anniversary this year. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated for Northern Japan earthquake relief and recovery. There will be food and beverage stations, silent auction, a Nippon-esque inspired makeover by Toshi, and additional entertainment by Saki Kono, Ranko Ogura and Ayako Tanaka.
