Description
Fresh off their first European tour, Super Adventure Club releases their long awaited debut album "Üntz".Drawing on influences ranging from 80's pop to german techno to new wave and electro pop-punk, the power duo has drawn comparisons to the Talking Heads, Ween, LCD Soundsystem and Soul Coughing. Formed as a super duo of studio wizards, producer / engineer Michael Winger sings in as many as 4 languages while playing bass and keys simultaneously as Jake Wood, a session drummer and producer himself, leads the beat heavy musical charge, simultaneously manning the keys as well. Both Winger and Wood are veteran performers, crafting an intense show of musical multi-tasking.
Conspicuously devoid of guitars, Super Adventure Club still brings the rock as evidenced on their new album, "Üntz" which melds an ironic sense of humor with some tightly crafted electro-pop-rock-post-punk gems.
