Int./Adv. (some dance experience required, previous aerial training not necessary)Workshops will cover technique, safety, training methods, and movement on the ground, in the air, and on our trampoline walls. We will also introduce off-the-ground choreography, improvisation, repertory, and strength training. All gear will be provided.Workshop limited to 16 people, so register soon!
