How to Grow More, Work Less, and Reduce Your Environmental Impact

A productive vegetable garden can provide delicious produce year-round, without being a full-time job! Join the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy in partnership with UC Master Gardener Dee Brown for an exciting six-week series about sustainable vegetable gardening! Learn how to get the most vegetables by applying science-based gardening methods that minimize environmental impacts. Classes cover working with different soil types; providing the right amount of water, fertilizer, and sun; taking care of seeds and seedlings; managing pests, diseases and weeds; and advice on growing specific vegetables and on container gardening.
