Study Wizards is a Five-Star Yelp-rated, private, in-home tutoring company serving Silicon Valley.  Our experienced and caring tutors help students in all subjects, from elementary to high school.

We believe every student whether mainstream or special needs can succeed with the right support. Parents continually tell us about their children’s successes and how much our tutors have helped them. Many of our tutors are graduates of top universities, including Stanford and UC Berkeley, and have advanced degrees and/or teaching credentials. They are extremely knowledgeable about the subjects they tutor and use their expertise to effectively help students with their educational needs and goals. As our tutors are themselves successful academically, they also often act as mentors, building students’ time management, motivation, study skills and confidence.

In math, we help students with arithmetic, pre-algebra, algebra I and II, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, pre-calculus and calculus, Honors, AP and special needs. We tutor Spanish at all levels and with English, we help students with decoding, phonics, reading comprehension, vocabulary, literature appreciation and creative and expository writing. In science, we tutor Honors and AP biology, chemistry and physics. We also work with students to help them to adapt to learning barriers, including reading delays, auditory and visual processing disorders.
