This session is an introduction to the Art of Living Happiness Program. The cornerstone of the Happiness Program is the Sudarshan Kriya, a breathing meditation technique that has provided powerful benefits [1] to millions of people globally.
We all know #stress. We have way too much to do and not enough time or energy to do it. There are tons of ways to relieve stress - exercise, a bubble bath, a massage, even getting drunk. However, the stress comes back, and we feel the same. So, now what?
We’re doing something right now that has been proven to relieve stress sustainably when done skillfully -- BREATHING.
