Description

Storyteller John Weaver shares legends & laughter for all ages.

The Menlo Park Library is holding a month-long celebration of the oral tradition, with a Storytelling Festival featuring an array of professional tellers over the course of seven different events. On November 2, the headliner is John Weaver, who will share tales of tricksters and noodleheads from around the world.

John Weaver is a parent, performer, and early childhood educator who performs at schools, libraries, museums, and other institutions throughout the Bay Area and beyond. John’s energetic, interactive, humor-filled performances aim to capture the attention and imagination of all ages. He seeks to educate and encourage families to continue the adventure at home by sharing stories and reading together.
