The Provenance of Beef series lets you talk with top ranchers, butchers, and chefs about how they influence taste and texture. Then you'll go on to compare four signature styles - each representing a different breed, growing region, diet, and aging technique - in a fun and unique blind taste test.

Price includes a full 4-course meal with paired wines.

Participation is limited to 50 people so you'll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions or share your comments during and after the tasting.
