This is an in depth study of Je Tsong Khapa's middle length version of The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment. Broken into 4 modules, this 4th and final module deals with how to practice single pointed concentration (or shamatha) and how to practice penetrative insight (or vipassana) This module is taught by Ven. Steve Carlier. Venerable Steve is a very accomplished Tibetan translator, teacher and has been a monk for over 20 years.
