... And you’re invited to the party! The entire month of July, spoonbar will be celebrating with 5 signature spoonbar sips and bites all for $5 each, from 5-6 pm, Monday-Friday. Both food and drink pay tribute to some of spoonbar’s tried-and-true favorites like Chef Louis Maldonado’s chicken cracklings paired with libations like the Cucumber Collins, Burning Shrub, Carbonated Corpse reviver and the Encanto Pisco Sour. Some new, sure fire hits will also make an appearance – most notably bar manager Alec Vlastnik’s Sweet Heat, a sweet and spicy combination of mango pepper infused tequila, Ancho Reyes, lime, agave and mango espelette pepper salt.
