San Jose Wind Symphony invites you to join us for a family friendly Mothers Day Concert.They may have Trouble in River City, but we have Galen – with a capital G that rhymes with P that stands for Percussion! The virtuosic Mr. Lemmon performs Paul Crestons Concertina for Marimba. And if you have not guessed it by now, the show also features selections from The Music Man, arranged by Philip J. Lang.
Dr. Edward C. Harris will conduct the Wind Symphony in Howard Hansens lovely Suite from the Opera “Merry Mount”
Audiences rave about the outstanding acoustics and easy accessibility of McAfee Center for the Performing Arts in Saratoga. This is a chance to experience wonderful music in an intimate, 550-seat concert venue.
