Spilt Milk is kicking the fall off with a vengeance by bringing in party-starting power couple Avalon Emerson and Derek Opperman on the third Thursday of October. Our summer parties were outrageous fun, and now that we're in the midst of our tardy SF Indian summer, we expect things to get even hotter. As always, there is no cover. We'll also be unveiling some drink specials for all y'all broke-ass party animals. And finally, we'll be doing something extra super duper special for folks that swing by the party after hitting up NightLife at the Academy of Sciences. Party on, dude!-Avalon Emerson-

Ms. Emerson is a model of good taste and etiquette. On occasion, she invites seedy foreigners visiting our good city into her SOMA loft space, where she treats them to hard-hitting beats, a surfeit of booze, and designer drugs (keep your ear to the ground and you might get invited next time). She DJs all around town, with past regular stints at Tunnel Top and Underground SF, where she hosted a hot and sweaty tropical dance party. Lately she's been producing extended dance jams, and has had her tunes featured on notable online publications such as XLR8R, Live for the Funk, and Magnetic Mag. You best be occupying the dancefloor when she throws down this month.
