Description

Overview
Bubbly 101
Is Champagne truly a wine? Where do the bubbles come from? Is there a difference between sparkling wine and Champagne? And what's the proper way to serve them? Get the answers to these questions and many more by joining us for a three-hour tasting seminar, held in The International Culinary Center's million-dollar Wine Theater.

You'll begin the session with a short introduction on sparkling wine production methods, then set off on an educational tour of global sparkling wine and champagne producing regions. Sample eight sparkling wines from around the world, and since sparkling wine is a great complement to so many foods, you'll finish the seminar off with a sparkling wine and food pairing session.
