SPACECRAFT 37: Science & FictionThe spacecraft art collective is proud to present Science & Fiction; an artistic dialectic between head and heart for this coming First Thursday at CELLspace gallery. These two disparate forces, science & fiction, have taken shape in our careers and daily choices, offer us focus, creativity, inspiration, escape… On Thursday august 2nd 2012, discover the opposing and harmonizing roles these forces play in our artistic practice and in our lives. Join the guest and resident artists of spacecraft as we continue to contend and emphasize their impact in our work.

SpaceCraft is a visual arts & experimental music show celebrating emerging & established artists from the bay area & abroad. Drawing on local musical talent and guest artists from SFAI, CCA, & local residencies as well as visiting national and international artists, each exhibit pushes the edges of what art and music are. SpaceCraft shows are curated and executed by participating artists, bringing the do-it-yourself spirit of the bay area to the CELLspace ArtGallery.
