Thai Association of Northern California (TANC) is celebrating the 2nd Annual Songkran Thai New Year Festval 2014 and bringing together the community with an outdoor festival in honor of this tradition. Last year was our first year holding this event. This year we will have much more to offer in terms of food, entertainment, booths, and fun! This event is free and open to the public.Join us for
