Description
Veggielution Community Farm presents a soft cheese making workshop outside the Lefavre Classroom at Emma Prusche Farm Park, the location of Veggielution Community Farm. The seminar will cover the history of cheese and the microbes that make turn milk into cheese. Participants will get to make their very own mozzarella cheese, as well as shake up their own butter, and try home-made goat cheese with fresh herbs and veggies from the farm.More Info
