San Francisco artists Sirron Norris and Ursula Young come together for an afternoon of collaborative painting and illustration.The two artists first worked side-by-side in the 90s, when they helped to create graphics and identity for independent house music label Panhandle Records. They became reacquainted in 2006 when fabric8 opened their boutique/gallery and recruited them as two of their featured artists.
As part of fabric8’s trademark collaborative painting series, Sirron Norris and Ursula Young’s similar color palettes and subject matter seemed like the perfect combination for cohesive pieces that nonetheless displayed their distinctive styles. They have since created and sold six original paintings together.
Please join us as they create a new series of affordable pieces that exhibit their individual talents in rendering characters and cityscapes.
