Nan Phelps Photography is pleased to offer small, personalized classes taught by professional photographers with a variety of specializations.Learn the foundations of natural light portraiture. Subjects include: working with people of all ages, finding the light indoor and out, setting up a situation for something good to happen, doing the work you love.
Nan is an award-winning portrait photographer, well known for her evocative, emotional imagery. She has been photographing people for 30 years and she is a master in the art of hand-printed black & white silver gelatin portraits.

Classes are taught at Nan Phelps' beautiful, spacious studio located on Colusa Circle on the Berkeley/Kensington border. Enrollment is limited to 8 to ensure that students at any level receive the personal attention that they deserve.
