Friday 7/19 through Friday 7/26 - Sandwich and Beer Pairing Menu
Available every day from Friday 7/19 through Friday 7/26 - this sandwich menu has been created to pair perfectly with a
specific FBC beer. For $20 you can have a specialty sandwich of your choice paired with a specific FBC beer and a souvenir pint
glass to take home.

Smoked Bison Sausage / Gold Rush Ale
Served on a pretzel bun with sautéed peppers, sautéed onions and a Pale Ale- whole grain mustard. Served with house-made kettle chips and a pint of Gold Rush Pale Ale

Curried Chicken Salad / Hefe Weizen
Pulled chicken tossed in a curry-aioli with mango, celery, green onions and granny smith apples on whole-wheat bread. Served with house-made kettle chips and a pint of Hefe Weizen

Piled High B.L.A.T. / Spring Bock
Applewood smoked bacon, avocado, heirloom tomatoes, butter lettuce and horseradish-aioli on sourdough bread. Served with house-made kettle chips and a pint of Spring Bock

Friday 7/19 - Faultline will have a booth at BREW AT THE ZOO
This is a beer festival being held at Happy Hollow Park from 6pm to 9pm on Friday 7/19... it's the "kickoff event" for SV beer week. We will be pouring beer samples and handing out our beer week schedule and $1 beer coupons for people who sign up on our email list.

Wednesday 7/24 - Beer Bomb-Nanza
Faultline is the only Brewery in the Bay that has created a menu with cocktails that feature our hand-crafted beers. They are
one-of-a-kind, and only available at Faultline.

The Beer Bomb Mini Flight - $21 - Peach Moonshine / Mango-Chili / Lychee

Thursday 7/25 - Release the Wolves
A beer release party for our White Wolf Witbier. Our classic Belgian White - 5.6% ABV 12 IBU's. White Wolf is a full-flavored
wheat beer brewed with coriander and orange peel.

Friday 7/26 - Flash Back Friday- Celebrating 25 years in business
Back in 1994 when Faultline first opened its doors a pint of beer was only $3.25! What better way to commemorate 25 years of
brewing great craft beer than to "roll back" the price to 1994. We are offering 3 of the beers that were part of the line-up during our first year of business for only $3.25 a pint.

Kolsch - FSB - Stout: only $3.25 a pint...all day long (in the bar and dining room)
