The Society for Asian Art sponsors a Souk (marketplace for art and artifacts) every two years as a means to raise funds for the Asian Art Museum AND provide members and the public the opportunity to shop for Asian themed treasures.Begin your holiday shopping early this year! Sift through 3000+ items donated by fellow Asian art and culture enthusiasts. This event will be a destination for both avid collectors and casual browsers.
There'll be everything from paintings, scrolls, sculpture, rugs, ceramics, metal works, textiles, ethnic clothing, jewelry, basketry, small furnishings, and decorative objects. To sneak a peek at samples of some items that will be available, visit http://societyforasianart.org/souk
