For 25 years the Hamilton Family Center has worked towards breaking the cycle of homelessness & poverty in San Francisco. Through a housing first approach, we provide a continuum of housing solutions & comprehensive services that promote self-sufficiency for families & individuals & foster the potential of children.We invite you to join us for a celebration of 25 years of sharing the harvest with homeless families. The evening features a silent auction, music, wine tasting & delectable eats.
