Join the San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI) for its annual Art Criticism Conference. This two-day event includes a FREE staged reading of Oscar Wilde's 1890 play The Critic As Artist and a keynote presentation by Lane Relyea, Associate Professor of Art Theory & Practice at Northwestern University.SFAI's Art Criticism Conference will explore exciting new territory during this election year! Not only will we examine the historical and contemporary practice of writing about art, we'll also take a closer look at the relationship between art and rhetoric in today's political environment.
