The Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) Los Gatos Center is planning an Open House on Saturday, April 6 (2 p.m.-4 p.m.), and Sunday, April 7, 2013 (10 a.m.-1 p.m.). At this free event, long-time SRF monk Brother Satyananda will present two talks, "The Art and Science of Meditation" and "Building a Dynamic Spiritual Life." Attendees will have the opportunity to learn simple yet profound methods of meditation, based on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda (Autobiography of a Yogi). Also featured on the day's agenda are opportunities for fellowship and refreshments.
