Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.Mari Takahashi is currently a partner at Nombe. She opened her catering company, Mari’s Catering, Inc., in 2004 to satisfy the needs of on-site sushi chef catering. Later, she opened Sozai Restaurant and Sake Lounge, voted Best Japanese Food San Francisco by Citysearch in 2008.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
