Description
The San Jose Youth Symphony’s Philharmonic Orchestra, under the artistic leadership of Music Director and Conductor Yair Samet, presents its Season Finale Concert. The program will open with Chadwick’s Symphonic Sketches and conclude with the ever popular, La Boutique Fantasque, arranged by Respighi from works by Rossini. This concert will also feature the world-premiere work, “Doing School,” A Concerto for 10 Winds & Orchestra, by local composer and music educator, John Felder, featuring 10 guest soloists, school music directors from the local area.
