Attention budding scribes! A fun new workshop for screenwriters - both those just starting out and those needing help to finish a work in progress - gets under way at San Francisco's Fort Mason Center next Saturday, September 6. The course is only $350 and goes for 10 weeks: meet 5 times in person and spend the rest of the time getting feedback and advice from the instructor and your fellow students. The course is designed to jump-start you while also giving you weekly tips and tools of the trade. The instructor has been a script reader for Hollywood studios for years and has optioned several scripts of his own to renowned scriptwriters. He has an MFA in writing and has taught both teens and adults in the art of writing for film.Still room for 2-3 more students but hurry! Class begins September 6.
