Description
Come on down to the Seymour Marine Center as they present another installment in their Science Saturdays series. This time, they will be joined by Robin Dunkin, Ph.D. for a presentation called "Marine Mammal CSI". Here, guests will learn about what happens to a marine mammal carcass after it is taken off the beach, how marine mammal strandings are helping scientists to better understand the complex interactions between the health of our oceans and humans, and much more. Robin Dunkin is a Field Operations Manager at the Long Marine Lab Marine Strandings Network and a Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Santa Cruz.
