Description
In the final concert of it's 2012/13 Season, the Santa Cruz County Symphony introduces guest conductor, Rebecca Miller, who will lead the orchestra on a colorful and exhilarating journey through the landscape of Bohemia. The concert features the gypsy themes of Zoltan Kodaly's Dances of Galanta, and the rustic beauty of Dvorak's Sixth Symphony. We also welcome the renowned Bay Area pianist, Hans Boepple, to perform one of the grandest piano concertos written, Beethoven's Emperor Concerto. Ms. Miller is the final candidate to lead the orchestra in the Symphony's search year. Audience feedback is greatly encouraged!
