Description
The Santa Cruz Ballet Theatre is proud to present two performances of their newest production, In Concert, which showcases contemporary and classical ballet. This production features premieres choreographed by guest artist Shayla Bott, and Artistic Director Robert Kelley in collaboration with Watsonville Taiko. Shayla Bott's choreography is deeply rooted in the relationship between music and dance, which can be seen in "Silverstruck", a work commissioned by the Santa Cruz Ballet Theater for In Concert. Watsonville Taiko will be singing as well as playing drums, gongs, and other percussion in "Moonstones: A Tale of Three Suns."
